help with my VI in Labview. Not difficult, no DAQ.

I am home learning. I cannot use DAQ and must build a home health monitoring system based off a previous research project, but I must improve on it. It will monitor for BP, Pulse rate, Oxygen level, ECG, and temp. The app is for a phone and data sent via bluetooth. I need a rudimentary VI showing how I would build it. I have a VI built. It has issues. Need help. Thank you..
