Need a solution, router and ip related.

I am trying to solve a problem and would like someone to give me a solution. Will pay a fix price for the solution.

I have one router from my isp company. Basically, what I want to do is I have 2 computers, and I want each computer to have unique ip address when connected to online. I don't want to use proxy, vpn, vps etc.. I want to use my isp ip addresses. Is there a way to buy another router, connect to it and it gives me 2 routers in which both uses it's own unique ip. The last method would be to order another connection from the isp company by which they will give me another router and because it is dynamic ip, the 2 routers wouldn't use same ip at the same time, but this would be an expensive solution, I'm trying to find a way from which 1 connection from isp itself can let me use 2 ip for 2 computers simultaneously.

I hope you understood my concern, in short, I have 2 computers and 1 router, I want these 2 computers to have unique ip address when connected to internet without using vpn, proxy etc.. I want to buy another router and setup it such that, it solve the problem, or looking for another way to do it if there is.

If you have solution for this, please bid, I'm on low budget so please don't bid high, will choose the lowest bid.
