Arduino MKR Shield PCB design

I am looking for a Freelancer who can design a PCB for a project. The PCB will essentially be an Arduino MKR WIFI1010 shield with terminals. Power and digital pins will go directly to terminals. Analog pins will each include a simple custom circuit (a few resistors and capacitors) between the board and a 3.5mm female jack. I will supply the simple circuit to the successful Freelancer.
The project will include the following deliverables:
• PCB schematic
• PCB design in Gerber file format ready for manufacturing and assembly
• All components specified so that manufacturing can also do PCB assembly
Manufacturing will be done by JLCPCB or similar company.
Design layout:
Design layout should similar to provided sample picture #1. The case will be 3D-Printed to suit the PCB layout. I will 3d design the case and get the printing done; this is not included in the scope of work. I will however need to give input around the layout so ensure the case layout is compatible with the board layout.
- Typical layout of PCB and Terminals as per attached picture #1
- Terminals similar to picture #2.
