Program must run on all Win OS: 95, 98, 2000/Me, XP home & Prof. Any programming language that meets requirements is acceptable; VB, C++, etc. Program to allow user (1) to enter skin temperature in one of 2 formats ([A] spinal level segment or [B] dermatome along 23 blanks down both sides of back (total of 46 possible entries), then based on entered temperatures, to print out [C] either (1) colored via color inkjet or (2) monochrome -via any printer chart of temperature differences AND [D] brief text report relating to levels/areas found to be of higher and/or lower than normal temperatures.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
