A simple chromeless Qt based QtWebKit window that accepts command line arguments for initial window size and position along with HTML *OR* Javascript file(s). The window must have absolutely no decorations of any kind except horizontal and vertical scrollbars if the content should exceed the current window size. The default window size should be full screen, or centered if smaller than full screen. It must allow other windows to open "above" itself if fullscreen.

The resulting binary needs to handle STDIN, STDOUT and STDERR so HTML/CSS/Javascript input can be piped in and GET or POST requests go to STDOUT when dealing with local file:// URLs, otherwise behave normally with remote URLs.

The input event requirements are:

F12 pops up a simple requester to quit or open a new file or URL

F11 toggle size between maximum and alternate minimum window sizes

Alt-LMB resizes the window

Alt-RMB moves the window

Alt-ESC quits the window

All else to be passed through to the the webkit engine
