Java JNI/C++ Demo to Manipulate Images

The purpose of this project is to write a JNI/C++ skeleton which I will later adapt to my specific needs. The main program will be written in Java but some of the functionality, such as rotating or resizing the visual image will be done from the C++ side which will remotely control the contents of the screen. The Java side will provide the necessary classes and methods to allow the C++ side (which will be in charge of the number crunching for resizing, etc.) to manipulate the screen. This is really a demo, so you could write for instance a C++ funtion which will rotate the image by 90 degrees, and my real future program will only shift it a few degrees to deskew the image. Your demo program could reduce the size of the image by 50% when in reality my final code will reduce it to any desired percentage. The coder has to be comfortable both on the C++ and Java side, and will write the programs and interfaces in both languages.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
