Program Script Creator (Reverse 2-Up with Payment Processing integration - repost

That is an overview of what my new company requires, ASAP, to be ready for the launch of new book. I have a site now that can be reviewed to give you an actual picture of how the end result needs to be, with no problem in allowing you access to my current back office to enable you to see layout and setup firsthand; current programmer, great person, is simply out of reach and being left in limbo, leaves me no choice but to move forward.

*** I require a programmer for a Reverse 2-Up System, that can tie me in with a new payment processing company to attain full function ability, PLUS, the ability to create replicating websites for every new member, in sync with their UserID’s provided in registration/sign-up process.

This reverse 2 up programming/script, must offer direct pay/commission payout, as a result of using the above mentioned payment processing company, which I will provide said name, if you are selected.

*Our Reverse 2-up business model – must have the following capabilities:

1. New member clicks on JOIN NOW. During registration process, all members are prompted to set up their own FREE Payment Processing Account, which they then use to pay the person who referred them (everyone must be referred) their modest and deserving monthly referral fee, by using their email address.

2. New member, then, using the email address of our company administration, pays us our modest and deserving $5 monthly admin fee.

3. As system confirms both payments to referrer and admin, new members, are then allowed to enter the exclusive Paid Members Area, which includes all membership privileges, as a result of new members UserID being fully activated.

4. 1st, 3rd and 5th membership referrals, by new members, are credited to them by each referral, on a monthly, automated basis, thanks to Payment Processing Company.

5. The 2nd and 4th membership referrals (2-up) are surrendered to the person who referred them; all membership referral fees, after this, 1 or 1001, etc., remain with referring member.

6. Programming must have ability to detect and replace any surrendered member who is inactive, and to be replaced by the very member who surrendered them.

7. The main dashboard area that all users see should have an area where admin can post website news.

8. There will only be one exclusive Payment Processing Company; not multiple, as all members will be prompted to have their own FREE Payment Processing Company account.

9. Automatic email notifications, when users/admin receives a signup.

10. Automatic email to new user once upgraded as paid (confirmed).

11. Script must not contain any branding or 'powered by' labels referring to designer company...only the name of my company (provided if you are selected).

NOTE: regarding last point, if this job is done well, and because my company will become a billion dollar company, preceded by a book, which in turn will launch said company, I will have no problem giving credit where credit is due, for a job well done, in excess of payment for services; site credit and attractive bonuses.
