Real simple tasks, should not take long for each :) Profile page edits: 1 Need to remove one of the menu buttons in the profile. 2 Need to change one box title from ‘selected players’ to team name and format the text in that box. Signup/ Ballot: 1 Fix issue with radio buttons, they currently will not ‘uncheck’ 2 We need to remove a couple names and correct a typo or two. 3 Remove Paypal logo and some words from the bottom of the cart page. 4 It says ‘Registration Complete’ at the top of the page, when it is half way thru the process. We need that ‘alert’ removed from the page. 5 Change the phrase ‘Coupon Code’ to ‘Promo Code’ in checkout. 6 When you are done paying at paypal, instead of saying ‘return to site’ , it says ‘Buy’ , we need to change that. 7 When you click to return to the site, it takes you back to a page that has some instructions, we need to change that text. General: 1 Need User list to display just like the player list, from highest score to lowest and to display their ‘Team names’ along with their user names and link to their profile. 2 Need user & player list page to be cleaned up by making the tables invisible and pacing lines to divide the names. Same thing with the player list page.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
