Correctly setup a Linux Server and Mysql DB to run Magento Ecommerce Script

I need person who has a vast knowledge of setting up hosting environment? running linux, centos 5, plesk 9, mysql 5.0.79 and also has knowledge of adjusting server and database to speed up the Magento ecommerce script.

I have a 2 websites that run on a single magento script (not live sites) I have a single HD server with 4gb of ram. The websites catalog and product page speed is between 2-4 secs for customers with cache and flat catalog switched on. Viewing the shopping cart is slow at 10-15 secs.

Moving between pages in the admin area is slow at 6-9 secs, saving/editing a product is slow at 45 secs.

I have eaccelerator and tmpfs and have edited the [login to view URL] file… but my setting are not correct and the system runs slow.

1. Setup the server and mysql correctly to make magento script run my websites faster.

2. One other problem that needs to be fixed... when using myphpadmin to copy a database? i get an sql error (I can not copy a db to db on the same server) the myphpadmin sql statement error is caused by this part (...ENGINE = InnoDB AUTO_INCREMENT = **41DEFAULT** CHARSET = utf8...
