Japanese Translation needed

Technical Translation needed in Japanese.

There is about 3500 to 4000 words in a help file and ini file that need to be translated. You will also need to grab a total of 12 screenshots of the application. We will deliver the help file source code and would prefer you recompile locally but that is not required.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
