Create SQL script from PHP connection to database

To create new email accounts via the UI, I have to type the email and password manually. I need to add around 100 emails and would like a script that will communicate with the database directly written in C# for me.
The UI is currently using a php script to store this information, which can be found in the source code. [login to view URL]
For each account it is storing information in 2 tables, mail_users and mail_virtual.
I would like to be able to provide a list of email accounts and passwords in this SQL script, and have it create the email accounts for me by storing the information in the database, the same as the PHP script is.
