Write a script to give sound alert when Priority is High in Voice player application

We use this software to play audio: [url removed, login to view]

Voice files keep coming. Some will have a priority of "Normal" and some "High." See attachment.

I want to get a beep alert when High priority voice file loads. So the script should automatically check every 1 minute if there is any audio in the application with priority "High" and if found should give beep alert.
