Need a program to get human body measurements from clicked images.

Hello,

We are looking for someone who can process the image and provide body measurements like

1. Neck

2. Height from Shoulder to ground

3. Shoulder distance

4. Arms Length

5. Arms Diameter

6. Waist Area

7. Stomach Area

8. Chest Area

Sample images that the program should be able to process are attached for your reference.

The Whole idea is to get body measurements from the image so that people can buy clothes according to the same measurement.

Please bid only if you are absolutely sure how to do it and you have done something similar in the past.

Technology is no barrier, but I am assuming that this will only be possible with Python, C Programming, or Scala.
