Custom Minecraft PvP Client

Hello there! I am looking for someone to create me a custom minecraft client. If you are unsure of what I mean lookup: Labymod, 5zig or the Badlion Client. There are a number of features / mods which I would like the client to have. I'll list them here:

- FPS Boost

- Optifine Compatible

- Multiplayer and Singleplayer Compatible

- Armor Status HUD

- Arrow Count HUD

- Change cape / skin from within client

- All minecon capes able to be toggled (for your view only)

- Fullbright

- Ping on Tab

- CPS HUD

- Coords HUD

- Background Blur (When in GUIs)

- 1.7 animations for 1.8

- Vanilla Enhancements

- Custom Client Screen

I am aware that I can use forge and mods to create something similar to what I've listed above, but I would really like one single client instead of separate mods. I don't just want something like the cheatbreaker remake, I would like an entire client with a GUI to turn things on / off and drag ability on all the HUDS on the same screen.
