Drum Rotator that connects to the Trigger (Also run some FEA) Solidworks

I am looking for someone to create a drum rotator that can connect to a trigger, as well as run some finite element analysis (FEA). I am open to any suggestions for the design of the drum rotator, and would like it to be able to handle a capacity of 1-2 lbs. The rotation speed should be in the range of 5-20 rpm. The completed project should be delivered as a SolidWorks model.
I've attached all the parts that some of my team members & I have created thus far.
Now I need to incorporate this new part -- drum rotator that connects to the trigger.
Also going to need some stress FEA done on the part.
