Data warehouse Power BI pilot with Microsoft SQL Server

We are doing data warehouse Power BI pilot with Microsoft SQL Server as the DB using data from multiple data sources - ERP, Estimation Database . Excel, etc. We built a Project Manager Project Score Card for our major projects team. We want to do go live with it with our pilot users. I believe we will need outside Power BI expert help to come up with a process to email reports to the individual PMs and the VP's inbox for all their PMs. Maybe explore options for PM to view the reports in a portal or in Teams.
