Make a Video mash up for me of 10 different movie videos

I want to create a video for Youtube which counts down my ten favourite songs. Starting with my 10th, then my 9th... until the 1st!
The video will need some graphics to introduce each clip and then it will need the video content which will need to come from videos that are already on YouTube. So you will need to be able to download existing videos and cut 20/30 secs from each and create this new video using all the clips. I expect that total length of the video will be about 300 seconds.
