We are the newbie of the ecommerce. We have selling electronic gadgets item in Amazon US and EU, but sales situation is not well as the top seller. We are looking for an expert who can help us to improve our situation.
Additional, we are plan to develop our own B2C website and the target market is US and EU for the first stage. We have our own brand and selling that brand products. We are plan to use the Shopify for our own B2C web store. However, we need an expert to give us the suggestion for 1-year plan.
In the plan, we would like to know the budget, schedule, promotional plan, logistics for item delivery to the customers, and trend of the electronic gadgets in the coming year. We need all in detail that like a business plan for the investors. Moreover our products source are coming from China, and available to send from China and Hong Kong to the global customers. We are also planning to use the oversea fulfillment center in the short future. One important thing of our products that may including li-ion battery inside the product. It is difficult to use the post office service for those products. Please provide a solution that is cheap and available to send battery-inside products.
Finally, we also want to sell on ebay, newegg, fancy, aliexpress and other B2C platform that you suggested. However, please provide an integrated solution in the plan. We hope our brand can be grown up shortly by your plan, but our budget is limited. Please don't provide a huge plan that we cannot afford. That must is a plan suitable for SME.
