Tech Cental cannot recommend Ahtisham Ashraf from Pakistan he did not finish the project ,Initially he did good work later on did not commit to the project wasted a lot of time.3 Months project incomplete.He asked for payment we paid him. did not provide the sources for project or API docs .We tried to help him by extending deadlines 3 times .We have tried reaching him for 2 weeks He did not complete the project and later became unresponsive .
