Duties and Responsibilities: • Qualify potential customers for phone and internet service by creating online application and running a credit check. • Offer handset, monthly plan and device insurance. • Provide computation of the expected monthly bills including fees and taxes. • Educate the customers about the terms and conditions of the promotion and to make sure they fully understand it to prevent any escalations. • Complete customer’s order and provide proper expectation for shipping time frame. • Handle billing, technical concern and offer promotion to new and existing customers. • Cold calling for different outbound campaigns like win-back offer.
