I was responsible for the smooth running of their creative systems, purchasing and updating of hardware and software, also providing crucial advice, support and help for the creative team. I introduced clients to the studio providing a short presentation of how the studio works from concept to print, workflow methods and approval stages. As well as dealing with suppliers for special artwork requirements and specific printing specifications. I leaded the team building their individual confidence and incentive team workflows. Also allowing self work management with a close supervision to meet deadlines and keeping account handlers informed of the work progress I have experience working with a wide range of promotion materials, which gives me a great confidence and advantage when facing new challenges. I dealt with all sort of technical issues, leasing with the relevant people to solve any kind of problem. With my experience, I’m capable of spotting printing and production before they happen.
