• Prepare construction estimates for Plumbing and Fire Protection works. • Checking for obstructions, photographing and documenting the condition of existing property that might be damaged by the work and ensuring all existing structures, properties, utilities and landscaping are properly protected. • Review materials delivered to site for conformance with approved samples, materials and equipment and report findings to the Project Manager. • Prepare daily logs and reports and maintaining records of inspections made, tests performed, and work executed. • Coordinate to authorities with regards to the paper works of the project (e.g. building permit, clearances, etc.) • Prepare shop drawings for plumbing and fire protection layout intended for project proposals • Observing site safety practices and the progress of the work. • Prepare shop drawings for architect’s approval. • Revise cad drawings for as-built plans.
