As a practicing Advocate, I have gained extensive litigation, drafting and research experience in a wide range of civil and criminal cases. I spent much of last year, for example, in independently drafting, filing, appearing and arguing before District Courts of Uttar Pradesh, Delhi and Haryana, Delhi High Court, Tribunals such as DRT (Lucknow & Delhi), RERA (UP), RERA (Haryana), NCLT (Delhi), NCLAT (Delhi), UPREAT (Lucknow) and Armed Force Tribunal (Delhi). I have drafted and vetted general commercial contracts and concluded end to end litigation functions with the least supervision. I have drafted Agreements like Work for Hire, Technology Transfer, Patent Licensing & Assignment, Trademark Licensing & Assignment, Software/ Website Development, End User Licensing Agreements, Cloud Computing, Domain Name Transfer, Cookie Policy, Privacy Policy etc. I drafted many Applications under Section 156(3), Cr.P.C, 1973 and successfully got the F.I.R registered against Bank and Builder for their connivance with each other to dupe the Home Buyers. I have independently filed approximately 40 cases in UPRERA (NCR Branch) and HARERA (Gurugram) including appeals in UPREAT, Lucknow. I have also filed several executions in RERA. I have also had exceptional opportunity to be engaged in representation of the Accused in a Court Martial proceeding in General Assam Rifles Court (GARC), Shillong. I prepared for the cross-examination of Complainant and other witnesses in GARC and assisted in getting bail of our Client from High Court of Meghalaya at Shillong vide Order dated 02-06-2022 which is the 3rd case of this kind in India and is setting a judicial precedent. In addition to this dedication to clients, I have developed legal advocacy skills that will transfer to any kind of law.
