PROFESSIONAL SKILLS: I have been serving in M/C. Shop Engg. Industry as a CNC Programmer since 27 years. I was exposed to process planning, production planning and operating on various CNC Machine tools with different controls for the manufacturing of precision Missile, dies and molds components that involves 2 ½ D and 3D profiles,4Axis and 5Axis Machining too . The Organization in which I worked is well equipped with various CNC Machine tools on which I have operated different operations at suitable machine tools where the selections of cutting tools fixtures, machine tools is important. Simultaneously I was Exposed in designing 3D and 2 ½ D Profiles with Solid Model and Surface Model, Assembling the various Components in Single Assembly and Animate it, Can also Generate the Required NC Program on Several CAD/CAM Software’s. Sufficient Knowledge in Extracting the Models for Dies and Molds. I have under gone training in Software Development with C Language, VB6.0, and Oracle9i. Since many number of technical persons are working under my guidance, I can easily lead the team and able to build relationship with business leaders for betterment of the organisation CNC PROGRAMMING SKILLS: I have Command in CNC Programming, operating and Knowledge in CAD/CAM software like 1) Pro/E 2001 2) Mastercam (Mill9 &Mill X5) 3) Uni graphics NX3& NX6 4) Catia-V5 R12 I have undergone training in: (a) ‘C’ language (3DArrays,Pointers,and Data structures) (b) Visual Basic 6.0 (Active X Control,and server side programming too) (c) Oracle 9i. Can generate the program of defense components, Dies and Molds. I have been serving as a CNC programmer with operating simultaneously since 27 years and involved in programming and operating of various sophisticated Missile components, fixtures for various Defense organizations, which involves critical profiles and familiar with the following various CNC controls like: 1. Fanuc – 6M, 10 T, $ O-M Series 2. Deckel - Dialog 11 & Dialog 4 3. Sinumerik – 810 M & 3M 4. Maho – 432 (Phillips)
