We are looking for sample code which demonstrates motion detection on Android using OpenGL hardware acceleration. Your code must compare the current image from the camera (Running at 1280x720) with the previous image and determine the number of pixels that have changed by more than a fixed threshold. The number of changed pixels must be provided to the Android application for each frame. You must use the GPU to accomplish this (Do not loop through each pixel on the CPU).
