Simple 8-bit AVR MCU Program

Hello, I need an AVR C program for the ATmega328p-pu MCU (the MCU for the Arduino UNO) that will do the following:
• Every 250ms, an ADC measurement on analog input 0 shall be performed
• Every 250ms, the measured ADC value shall be sent via UART in an ASCII string
• Every 250ms, an LED on PB5 is to be toggled
• Another *totally different* LED on PB0 is to be blinked with frequency depending on the ADC reading and varies from 1Hz (ADC: 0) to 10Hz (ADC: 1023)
• If S is sent to the AVR, the program stops AD-conversion, stops sending ADC value via UART, stops toggling the LED on PB5 and stops blinking the LED on PB0.
• If R is sent to the AVR, the program continues its function.
Deliverables:
1) Commented C code.
2) Hex file.
3) Proteus 8.6 or lower simulation file.
You'll first send me a Proteus simulation video to check that everything is fine, then you will send me the files, then I will release the milestones immediately.
