Make toolbar.

Nice to meet you. I need an internet explorer toolbar.

I have $500 of budget.

Toobar has search input, dropdown menu, RSS reader, etc.

Its structure is defined by XML definition file.

There are XML definition file and graphic images in the local folder. (eg. C:\Program Files\.. )

And usage statistics, auto update function is needed.

I don't want to install new .NET framework.

You have to give me the source file.

Can you give me code-signed EXE and CAB file?
