preferable you make the software in C# or VB. you can also use others or hint to me a software that does this well(i can pay for this too). i already know of one but it doesn't work very well.

it must scan the entire screen and detect if the button is present given a small image i put in a file. it must try and find that image on the screen and i should set the minimum similarity threshold.

the problem usually is that when i use such a software, it works well when i set it the first time, but after the button or window moves on the screen (or after computer restart), even with the similarity , it doesn't work anymore. so i want to create a better software. i should be able to give a parameter to ignore color, preferably size percent too, for example if it is on a different computer with a different resolution, it will be a different size but it will have a similar shape.
