We are looking for a Customer Service Agent M-F between 9-5:00 PM. The main responsibility will be to answer incoming calls and web requests and get information about work to be done (required content will be provided).
Must be fluent in French
Must have a good Internet access and a good headset cancelling noise
Must be able to work with little supervision
Must be friendly, caring and non-confrontational
Must have good grammar
Full training will be provided
Preferably located in North/South America
remuneration package needs to be discussed
