Create Bulk Email Server

MY GOAL:

To convert my existing VPS Cloud Server into an automated bulk email marketing server. I want to send around 750K emails per month. I need a software in which I can automate the ad copy and dates of delivery. For example, I want list group A to receive email #1 on Tuesday, then 3 days later, email #2, then email #3 sent on day 7, and finally email #4 sent on day 9. This way I can add multiple list groups to start on different days but receive the same message and are processed within the same timeline. This will stagger the list and allow for A/B testing on which day works best.

PROJECT DETAILS:

I need to turn my newly leased VPS cloud server (2 core, 4GB Ram, 120 GB HD using CentOS Onyx & the latest version of Plesk) into a bulk email server using Interspire, PowerMTA & Multiple IP rotation. I am open to using different software configuration if you feel I could accomplish my goal and save costs.

I also require the creation of SPF, MX & DKIM records. Lastly, the server needs to be hardened and secured from spammers and hackers.

Basically, I need everything related to create a fully functional bulk email server.

TIMELINE:
