Making a wifi access app control panel for (QR Code control panel) on phone

I build float tanks and the control panel is currently accessible via scanning a QR code to control the Water pump, temperature, lights etc. I can currently only access the control panel from the phone in the same room as the appliances
I would like to be able to access the current control panel/ appliances via wifi? Photo attached!
