Notes on functionality of database-
All emails (email1, email2, email3, email4, email5) are pooled together to verify all emails are unique.
All phones (phone1, phone2, phone3) are pooled together to verify all phone numbers are unique.
All websites (website1, website2, website3, website4, website5) are pooled together to verify all website are unique.
LIST OF CURRENT ISSUES / MODIFICATIONS NEEDED ; (This is a start with plenty more)
Recently a button (Show Duplicates) has been added to form “frmLeads” to show conflicting duplicate records (email, phone, website) to easily display and correct conflicts and or delete duplicate record. Current issue. If you try to delete one of the records you receive errors (Error message Run-time error 3022 [login to view URL] sSQL, dbFailOnError) . If you try to delete or modify the conflicting field you receive an error.
Reports form. “LeadsWebQRpt_Filter” does not correctly work. Selecting only one DH field properly shows results but if you select more than one DH field or all DH fields no results show.
User currently can receive an error message “ok or debug” and it allows them to disable the macro running and can continue using database. This need to close the workbook as rights are controlled by macro. Need to lock the system before distribution.
Convert to client button on form “frmLeads” does not work properly. Every field properly is moved to tblClients except “Address Street 1”. All other fields correctly transfer.
Add search box to bottom or top ribbon similar to CTRL+F with the ability to select next & previous matching record. SEARCH ALL FIELDS WITHIN SYSTEM (tblLeads & tblClients)
Add Query Wizard button to top ribbon for Admin users.
