I have started developing an event listener / notifier for Hikvision cameras. It's currently built on sample code in C# .NET and some F#.

The event listener listens for push-pull notifications as per the ONVIF specification. And then triggers a Web-push notification for the end user within their web browser.

The web-push code is written in node.js.

I need help streamlining the code and and incorporating a database which the events can be written to and also queried on the fly.
