Bid for the project was for it to be completed in 2 days. Now, 45 days later we are no nearer to have it finished and because of this I had to cancel the project to find another freelancer.

freelancer applied for the project. After discussing the details we agreed to work together. First communication was ok, i didnt succeeded to give him access to my servers. We talked in WA. communication went to 0, day by day. 2 Weeks past (delivery in 3 Days) i got nothing, no com, no code, no answer, nothing. I disputed, but i gave him one more change. and guess what. the same again. he just disappeared. he delivered 1 script. nothing more. i wasted so much time. to bad i cant charge him for.
