Sample C# UWP project

This is a simple project that I want to use as a learning reference - the interface can be very simple.

I need a sample of a library application done in c#:

The library will need a list of librarians (3 librians).

The librians need to be able to logon using a form.

The library will need a list of books (5 books - id, title)

Books need to be issued to a user by a librarian

Users can reserve a book through a form (Name, Surname, Book Title, date reserved)

A list must show which books were issued by which librarian and to which user.

This must be created as a Universal Windows App

The app must use xml rather than a database

The app must be very simple, I am wanting to use this as a reference system for a larger system that I am going to make

if possible, I need this sent to me by thursday 12 June.

I am using the latest version of Visual Studio.
