Fix hMailServer on my production server

I have a company that sends mails to our 10,000 subscribers.
I have hMailServer installed on my Windows server, which sends the mails.
This has been working fine until yesterday, when something happened, and now the outgoing mail queue is just building up, and no mails are going out.
I urgently need someone to go onto my server with RDP and fix the outgoing mail.
