Luxury Photographer & Videographer
The Luxury Photographer/Videographer/Editor role involves photographing our constant stream of incoming products. You will also create images/videos/reels of our showroom that bring our store and products to life. Half shooting, half post-production, this role provides time for masterful editing in the post and producing new creative outputs for our social media, website, email communications, and more. You will work closely with the Head of Branding and Director of E-Commerce to keep to our branding guidelines and content calendar.
Responsibilities:
1) Shooting E-commerce product photography and videography -- including meticulously lit product photography shots, flatlays, lifestyle shots, lookbook imagery, and other digital content.
2) Post-production - including processing, editing, retouching, and file handling of images/motion as per brand style guides. Must be able to create jump-cut reels.
3) Workflow management - including meeting deadlines on the content calendar, maintaining shoot records and an image archive, and contributing positively to our can-do, joyful, yet diligent work environment.
4) Content Creation - Creating marketing imagery and materials for all our communication channels -- email, social, web, and more.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in digital photography and videography
* Knowledge of studio lighting and maintaining color/shadow consistency across images
* High technical proficiency with Mac computers and software
* Intermediate to advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Bridge, Capture 1, Final Cut, Premiere
* Proven skills in still-life photography
* Proven skills in motion / moving image content creation
* Proven skills in creating jump-cut reels
* Relevant luxury background and interests
* Passion for visual storytelling, design, and aesthetics
No equipment is needed. We will supply you with the necessary tools.
