Assisted learning for cognitively disabled

European Academy of Childhood Disability

An advanced android app that helps children with learning disability (low IQ, mental retardation) to learn basic concepts such as counting objects, identification of shapes and colors etc. The app was developed with a gamification component, which contributes to longer retention given such children have attention deficit disorders. Published at the annual conference of European Academy of Childhood Disability in Newcastle, UK in 2013.

Assistive Communication Device for Cognitive Disability and Spastic Children
