Josephine tried very hard to complete this project, but was frustrated through lack of experience in a specific online system. We elected to end the contract and seek someone with this specific experience, however I would hire her again for basic data entry or transcription activities. Communication was excellent and she asked questions where necessary. [13 April, 2017] This was a difficult project, but partly because we did not specify the requirements well, and needed a contractor with experience in an online system. Josephine did try very hard to meet our requirements, but in the end we elected to seek someone with this specific experience instead. I would hire Josephine again for basic data entry and transcription activities.
