I'm Lucia Freitas. I am a person passionate about learning and personal and professional growth. With a strong work ethic, I strive to achieve my goals with determination and perseverance. I firmly believe that punctuality demonstrates respect for others' time and establishes a solid foundation for success in any project. My responsibility is another trait that I consider fundamental in my professional life. I fully commit to my responsibilities and strive to exceed expectations in everything I do. I am aware of the importance of fulfilling my commitments and I always do my best to do so. One of my greatest strengths is my ability to learn quickly. I am excited by the opportunity to gain new knowledge and skills, and am always looking for opportunities to grow and improve. This disposition has allowed me to easily adapt to different environments and challenges throughout my career. My experience includes a solid command of using a variety of key IT tools for productivity and collaboration in professional environments. In particular, I have advanced skills in using the Microsoft Office suite, which encompasses applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. In addition, I have extensive knowledge and experience in the effective use of Google Workplace, which encompasses platforms such as Google Docs, Sheets, Slides and Drive. This suite of cloud collaboration tools has allowed me to work efficiently in distributed teams and facilitate effective communication and information sharing. Additionally, I have experience using Slack as a team communication and collaboration tool. My ability to manage channels, communicate effectively through direct and group messages, as well as share files and links in an organized manner, has contributed significantly to the efficient coordination of projects and teams.
