•Effectively merchandises products as they are properly categorized, sorted properly to sell in support of sales and marketing initiatives.
•Able to manage Shopify (Processing exchange/replacement, fulfilling orders, refunds, evaluating and dealing with fraudulent and chargebacks), Loop return and other marketing (intercom) e-commerce platforms.
•Assisting customer service team and building relationship between supplier and warehouse (overseeing level of orders, follow-up, tracking of shipment, back orders and availability of the product).
•Keep records on track regarding customer interactions, transactions, and complaints.
•Collecting feedback from customers to improve buyer experience or product quality (Researching competitors and analyzing).
•Effectively able to process and fulfilling orders.
•Provide assistance in addressing after sales concerns and issues.
