I am an education administrator, university teacher and both academic and professional trainer who has diversified experience in leadership, coaching and mentoring. I am a passionate multilingual translator with three (3) years’ experience in English-Bengali and Bengali-English translations. I have successfully translated more than twenty projects ranging from documents to reports and research papers of different organizations namely Save the Children, Oxfam, SOS. I had been a resource person of an INGO, Good Neighbours Bangladesh for three consecutive years. I used to facilitate Skills Development Training for youth volunteers there. I have also experience in facilitating trainings on lesson planning, classroom management and teaching IELTS. My training expertise also focuses on communication competence and its application based on social and situational contexts. In my professional arena I also work for capacity building and career development and facilitates sessions on them. My level of English language skills is CEFR Level- C1.
