Create titles for images

I need someone to create titles from images that I provide and enter them into a provided spreadsheet. Each title needs to be less than 50 characters and describe the images in simple English and as detailed as possible.
The excel spreadsheet has 4 columns - title, tag, images, and files.
I need the winning bidder to create a title for the image, leave the tag column blank, and rename the image and file columns to match the name of the image. I have added some images and the spreadsheet as an example.
Each column needs to be spelled perfectly, and describe the image accurately. This project is for 100 image/titles, and is ongoing. The amount you bid will be the price you pay for each 100.
