Change one component (IC) on PCB design (created in PADS pro)

Looking for a PCB designer who can take on a PCB design created in PADS professional (2.3), change one IC with a different footprint (but same location - no new traces needed) and export the result so it can be opened and edited in KiCad 5 in the future.

1) having PADS professional 2.3 license available
2) experience in PCB design
3) experience in KiCad
