EDUCATION • MEng Computer Science (Expected 1st) 2003-2007 University of Warwick, England Third Year Project An investigation into the applications of Ant Colony Optimization for routing in peer-to-peer overlay networks. Consisted of two phases: – The development of a discrete-time network simulator in which to test a routing algorithm for a peer-to-peer overlay network. – The development of PeerAntNet, an ant-inspired routing algorithm for peer-to-peer overlay networks. It is an adaptation of a routing algorithm originally designed for mobile ad-hoc networks called AntHocNet. • A Level Mathematics (A) 1996-2003 St. Columbs College, Northern Ireland • A Level Further Mathematics (B) 1996-2003 St. Columbs College, Northern Ireland • A Level Physics (A) 1996-2003 St. Columbs College, Northern Ireland • A Level Computing (A) 1996-2003 St. Columbs College, Northern Ireland
