I am a Law Graduate from the University of Calcutta and is a qualified Company Secretary. I also holds the Master’s Degree in Business Law from National Law School of India University, Bangalore and the Post Graduate Diploma in the Intellectual Property Rights from the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi. Besides, a Certificate in IPR from WIPO, Geneva and a certificate on Limited Insolvency Examination by The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India has also been awarded to me. Currently I am registered with the Bar Council of West Bengal and is a member of the Bar Association, High Court, Calcutta; NCLT Kolkata Bar Association; NCLT & AT Bar Association, Delhi and also Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India
