Fraud Risk Investigator • Wok on cases assigned to investigate for possible ATO, Stolen Financials and Money Laundering • Review the account holistically and check for risky indicators and take appropriate actions on the account • Process tickets for Chargeback and dispute claims • Cold Call/ Make an outbound call to account holders for verification on their accounts Senior Analyst (Benefits Implementor) • Process benefits/enrollments for the entire company or employee • Set up their Open Enrollment for plan benefits for the entire company • Help client process their Affordable Care Act (ACA) also known as Obama Care • Troubleshoot the company's benefits setup for all employees • Create case/case management for benefits setup • Process reports for benefits enrollments, ACA and etc. • Import documents for enrollments for benefits plan Fraud investigator for Credit Card Payments/Transaction • Make outbound calls/cold-call customers to verify suspicious transactions or payments on their credit cards. • Provide necessary information on the card members’ accounts and educate on how to monitor their accounts. • Create disputes, file complaints regarding their dissatisfaction whether it is about their account or the service we are providing them. • Handle cards that has been compromised and to take necessary actions in order to prevent them. Collection Representative • Collect monthly dues for the clients based in US and UK. • Provide solutions to their financial problems by giving them payment plans. • Provide necessary information on the customer’s account and their monthly dues.. • Create disputes, file complaints regarding their dissatisfaction whether it is about their account or the service we are providing them. • Provide high standard for service not just as a collector but as a customer representative. Customer Support/ Representative • Receive inbound calls from customer about their request to change telecommunication monthly plan upon customer requests and also process payments. • Provide necessary information on the customer’s account after authenticating the caller. • Create disputes, follow-ups or cases when customer questions their bills or misapplied payments. • Offer plans and feature add-ons to customers. • Apply adjustments/ credits to customer’s accounts if billing errors occur. • Upsell mobile insurance to customers and also offer plans that are suitable to their needs/usages.
