Sharad is absolutely one of the best developers I know. Without a doubt. He, not only codes, he does research, spends time in understanding. Just hire him and you’ll agree.

Sharad went out of his way to deliver this ahead of time and provided extra support during any issues found. He was always willing to help, provide good response and I would 100% recommend him to anyone!

Sharad is a good developer who will get the job done. Most of the other feedback on Freelancer here was consistent with my experience. I think he probably could test his code a bit better before releasing deliverables. In my case, the original deployment he provided did not execute properly, and there were small issues with the output that he could have easily identified himself without my feedback by simply reviewing the records and checking to see if they were consistent with the expected 'common sense' output. Overall though he's a good guy, and I might consider hiring him again.
