Worked as a Human Resource Executive in the main office. Some of my duties included screening resumes, conducting job interview of candidates,induction and exit formalities, helping employees in their day to day problems, creating their appointment letters. Completed drafting and finalizing job descriptions for all the employees in the company(approx. 100 ). Conducted seminars for all the employees to brief them about POSH Policy which included drafting the entire policy.
