I am trying to take a screen shot of a GUI window generated by tkinter, but when I take a screen shot I only get the desktop and not the Python window. I read with the new o/s Catalina you have to give the terminal permissions, which I have done but still I cannot grab the python window. Even if I do a full screen shot I still cannot see the Python window. I have tried several different ways, but still cannot get to screen grab the Python window. This is my code and I just need a way to screen grab the tkinter window and not the complete screen. I am sure the fix is quite simple but been trying different fixes and nothing is working.

We have a 32-bit OSX audio application written in Xcode C++ using Qt (I think v4 but maybe v3) from 2009. Since the latest OSX no longer supports 32 bit apps we just need the code migrated so it will run on modern Catalina OSX. No need to migrate any of the dependencies to modern versions at this time so long as the system builds and runs in the new OSX. Need to get this done ASAP. Anticipate biggest challenges for an experienced Xcode dev will be some small 32->64 bit issues and just getting all the legacy dependencies together. The code base is actually pretty clean.
